Average order value = total revenue / number of orders. $12,000 from 300 orders is a $40 AOV. Ads cost the same whether a customer buys one item or three, so a higher AOV lowers the ROAS you need to break even.

Ways to raise it: bundles and quantity breaks, a free-shipping threshold a little above your current AOV, relevant add-ons in the cart, and post-purchase offers after checkout.
