For most categories eBay charges a 13.6% final value fee plus a per-order fee of $0.30 on orders of $10 or less and $0.40 above that. The percentage applies to the total the buyer pays, including shipping and sales tax. A $100 sale with no tax costs $14 in fees. Category rates range from 2.5% to 15.3%. Rates as of September 2026.
